OBS Guide

This guide i will take you trough the setup i have, so you can use and benafit from it as well.

--(Docks)

All the windows you see on here can be toggled on/off in the docks menu. If you dont see one of the tabs i am talking about you can turn it on here.

First thing to do is download VLC media player to add that to your obs. 'VLC video source' works way better than 'Media Source' that obs comes with. Make sure you get the same VLC download as the OBS install i have the 64-bit version

--(Filters)

Right click your 'VLC video source' or 'audio source' and click 'Filters' at the bottom.
in 'Audio/Video Filters' click the (+ > compressor) to add a comperssor. I do this on all media to normalise the audio on anything i play. If the audio is to low it raises it and iff it is to hi it lowers it. my settings work nicely but feel free to adjust them.

If you are using multiple videoes with different aspect ratios you can use the (Scaling/Aspect Ratio) to have them all the same ratio. This is located in the (Effect Filters)

--(Advanced Scene Switcher)

Advanced Scene Switcher is a pluggin i recommend for everyone to automate anything you want. This alows you to have more time on your stream and cut out all the clicking and adjusting durring a stream.
I cant stress enough how usfull this tool is to free up your technical stuff on a stream so you can focus on your show.

There are many tabs for this tool but the only one you should use is Macro. Every macro you make is only limited by your imagination. It looks complicated but if you full around with it you will see it is very easy and straight forward. If you have any questions about making macros do a certin task please feel free to send me DM to (peep) in my chat.

--(Multiple RTMP outputs plugin)

Multiple RTMP outputs plugin is a pluggin to let you stream to multiple streaming sites at once. It works like restream but does not go though a third party platform.

--(Rumble)

If you stream to rumble and talk to the chat, please select "Higher quality streaming (source pass through), less latency, no DVR". This will make the latency in chat extreamy better!
